How to Get a Haircut
You can get haircuts from Barbers you find in towns and cities. You can easily locate them by looking for the scissor icon displayed on the map. The cost of the haircut will vary depending on which barber you talk to.
All barbers will offer you the same styles for your hair and beard except for Jean-Louis Ludovic from the Blood & Wine DLC, who offers the Queen's pageboy haircut.

There are a total of 7 Haircuts available in the game, below is the appearance and name of each haircut available from the Barbers.
Loosely gathered, tied behind the head
Shaved except for a pony tail
Long and loose
Loose, not too long
Shaved on the sides, short on top, and a pony tail
Elven rebel cut
Queen's pageboy

Clean Shaven
Full beard, trimmed short
Bushy goatee and a short mustache
Friendly mutton chops
Mustache and a soul patch
Haircut and Beard Tips
Beard Growth
Your beard will automatically grow as you play the game. The speed of its growth will depend on the in-game time. This can easily be noticed if you meditate for a few days and finish quests after receiving a clean shave.
Queen's Pageboy
Queen's Pageboy haircut is only available from Jean-Louis Ludovic after finishing the quest Of Sheers and a Witcher I Sing. Also, this quest will only appear if you have the Blood & Wine DLC. The exact location of the barber shop can be seen in the map below.
